STATEMENT OF NON-DISCRIMINATION (Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973). ICEF Public Schools does not discriminate against any person on the basis of gender, race, color, age, religion, national origin, ethnic group identification, actual or perceived sexual orientation, marital or parental status, physical or mental disability.
