Shelby Pealer: Vice President of Strategy

Shelby Pealer is the Vice President of Strategy at Inner City Education Foundation (ICEF) Public Schools a network of 7 schools in Los Angeles, CA. She has 8 years of administrative and in-classroom experience, providing inspirational leadership to teachers, support personnel, and administrators and instructionally effective services for students with exceptional needs in ethnically diverse urban environments. 

Prior to joining ICEF in 2019, Shelby served as the Program Director and Curriculum and Instructional Specialist at a Non Public Agency in Inglewood, CA providing intensive behavioral interventions and supports to students. She has taught K-5 in Chicago, IL and supported teachers as an instructional coach for Resource Specialists as a Teach for America corp member and alumni. She holds a BA degree in Special and Early Childhood Education and a MA in Special Education with an emphasis in Autism Spectrum disorders along with a certification in ABA.
