Charting Our Path

In 2023, ICEF Public Schools began an 18-month process of internal review, visioning, and planning toward the development of a comprehensive strategic plan aimed at guiding the organization into 2026 and beyond. With input from staff, students, parents, and the community, ICEF leadership (in tandem with Blue Garnet Consulting Group) determined four tentpoles which serve as the overarching strategic themes of the entire school system.

A valuable result of the planning process is the renewed ICEF mission statement: to educate and empower courageous leaders to embrace their full potential for college, career, and life by providing a community that honors each student's unique identity, fosters academic excellence, nurtures healthy minds, and inspires critical thinkers.
ICEF Public Schools continues to evolve and move forward with a focused vision, determined that by 2030, a growing majority of ICEF students are confident in their identity and have the skills and behaviors to reach their fullest potential as leaders in college, career, and life.
