Greetings ICEF Innovation Families,
Welcome to ICEF Innovation! It is with great pleasure that I extend this warm welcome to you as the principal of our wonderful school. Whether you are returning families or joining us for the first time, we are delighted to have you as part of our school community. Building on the mission of ICEF Public Schools, our vision statement is: IILA will provide a positive learning environment where scholars have access to a rigorous and innovative academic program that engages all stakeholders. As an educational community, we are dedicated to this vision. We are committed to providing a nurturing environment where every student can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. We believe in fostering a love for learning through engaging curriculum, dedicated teachers, and a supportive network of staff and families. Our staff of exemplary teachers, paraprofessionals, and office personnel are fully involved in preparing our students with 21st Century Skills. This includes, but is not limited to skills of collaboration, digital literacy, critical thinking, and problem solving so that all students can become courageous leaders who are college, career, and life ready. We remain committed to pushing our students to new heights in their education. Throughout the school year, we encourage open communication and collaboration between home and school. Your involvement is crucial to your child's success, and we value your partnership in their educational journey. I encourage you to actively participate in your child's education by staying engaged in their academic progress, attending school events, and communicating with teachers and staff.
