How to enroll with ICEF

We are pleased that you've opted to enroll your student at one of our ICEF schools. The first step in the process is to begin an application. |

You will be directed to our SchoolMint portal, where you can access and make changes to your application at any time. Once an application is submitted, an ICEF enrollment team member will reach out to you and provide details on next steps.

IMPORTANT DATES for the 2025-2026 Academic Year
- October 1, 2024: Early Application Period begins
- February 7, 2025: Deadline to apply for Early Application period
- February 8, 2025: APPLICANT LOTTERY (General Application Period begins)
- May 31, 2025: Deadline to apply for 2025-26 Academic Year
What is the "Applicant Lottery?"
At the end of the Early Application Period (which runs from October to early February), schools will conduct a random Applicant Lottery to fill available seats. Selected applicants will receive an email confirmation once the lottery has been completed. Prospective students/parents are encouraged to apply before the lottery to secure a seat before the General Application Period begins.
