Compensation & Benefits

ICEF Public Schools offers highly competitive salaries for school instructors and staff, starting at a $68,000 base and increasing generously based on years of experience and service. ​In addition to reward benefits for advanced degrees and national board certification, talented teachers holding a preliminary or clear single-subject credential can also earn compensation benefits for subject matter enhancements in Math and Science (6-12), Spanish (TK-12), and Special Education (TK-12)!

ICEF also offers a robust benefits package including comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans through Kaiser Permanente and Blue Shield of California, plus:

 Alder Residency

This innovative teacher residency program combines immersive hands-on practice in the classroom with educational theory and research in both in-person seminars and online courses.
