Brittney Miller: Managing Director of Communications and Development
A Los Angeles native with a deep commitment to serving underserved communities, Brittney brings a wealth of experience and passion to our organization. Brittney will be leading ICEF's effort to share the powerful stories of students & staff as well as helping to raise money to better support ICEF's programs and strategic initiatives.
Brittney graduated from California State University, Northridge with a Bachelor's degree in Biology and Public Health. Her educational background reflects her understanding of the intersection between healthcare and community development, which will undoubtedly contribute to our mission of providing high-quality education to all students. Additionally, Brittney is the newest board member for the organization, Stem to the Future.
With over 8+ years of experience in development, Brittney has a proven track record of success in cultivating strategic partnerships and building strong relationships with stakeholders. Previously, she held the position of Director of Alumni and Corporate and Foundation Relations at Charles R. Drew University of Medicine and Science, where she played a vital role in advancing the university's philanthropic efforts. During her tenure at the Black Equity Collective, as Director of Philanthropy, Brittney worked tirelessly to connect funders with Black-led organizations in Los Angeles and the Inland Empire.
As Managing Director of Communications & Development, Brittney will lead our organization in enhancing our outreach strategies, engaging with our stakeholders, and fostering partnerships that will enable us to expand our impact.
